Anti-DYKDDDDK (Flag) MagBeads are polymer magnetic microspheres prepared by covalently coupling high-quality mouse anti-DYKDDDDK (Flag) monoclonal antibodies with 200 nm silica-based magnetic beads. This product has the characteristics of fast magnetic responsiveness, superparamagnetism, good dispersibility, uniform particle size, extremely low non-specific binding and abundant binding sites, and can be used for immunoprecipitation (IP) or co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of proteins with Flag tags.
Anti-Flag immunomagnetic beads (Anti-DYKDDDDK (Flag) MagBeads) can bind to Met-modified N-terminal Flag fusion protein (Met-FLAG–Protein), N-terminal Flag fusion protein (FLAG–Protein), and C-terminal Flag fusion protein (Protein-FLAG).
