Storage & Handling
- Store at 2 – 8 °C (do not freeze before use).
- Equilibrate cells with cold medium for 5–10 minutes before freezing.
- Freeze at a controlled rate (~1 °C/minute) to avoid intracellular ice formation.
- Thaw rapidly at 37 °C and remove DMSO promptly after recovery.
